We do not collect: payment information, government IDs, health data, or any data from children under 16 without verifiable parental consent.

PictureSeeker uses browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) to remember whether you have already downloaded a free PDF. This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
If we use analytics or third-party tools, we will obtain your consent via a cookie banner before placing any non-essential cookies on your device, in line with ePrivacy Directive / Cookie Law requirements.
5. How We Store and Protect Your Data
Email addresses collected through our newsletter form are stored with our email service provider using industry-standard encryption. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
We retain email addresses for as long as you remain subscribed. After unsubscribing, we delete your address within 30 days (we may retain suppression records to honour your opt-out).
